Errors In Workspace When Accessing Though IIS (Doc ID 2015556.1)

Within new installation of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) on a Microsoft (MS) Windows Server 2012 R2 machine, IIS8.5, and Weblogic Server, errors are seen for all icons and menu items within EPM Workspace when connecting though IIS.

The errors are all similar in that they are looking for a language specific file name, but have no language.

For example:

When connected directly to the Weblogic server and bypassing the IIS redirect, the problem is not seen.
