Symptoms

Attempting to launch or install the Interactive Reporting Web Client using Internet Explorer 11 fails. Error messages can include (among others), "Unable to install. Please check if the server is properly configured" or, "The webpage cannot be displayed" and a URL of the form "jar:http://<server:port>/workspace/../../InsightInstaller/Insight.jar!Instalation_page.html?-I0009". Opening BQY files by dragging and dropping them in to Internet Explorer fails.
