Unable to See Functional Areas Within Offering In FSM (OBIA 11.1.1.9.1) (Doc ID 2015820.1)

Symptoms

OBIA 11.1.1.9.1. While working with FSM, you do not see the different functional areas for any of the offerings. You can see an offering "Oracle Financial Analytics", but do not have any way to expand that offering to see the different functional areas, for example: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc.

FSM version is: 11.1.9.0.0 (Selected 11.1.9.2.0 in drop-down since an option for 11.1.9.0.0 wasn't available)

ATG and FSM patches were upgraded successfully. Also Domain load was successful.
