OBIEE - Customer Experience Improvement Program causes a Managed Server and Admin Server to shutdown intermittently

The Windows "Customer Experience Improvement Program" (CEIP) causes a Managed Server and AdminServer to shutdown intermittently.

Following errors are found in a Managed Server logs (i.e. bi_server1.log ) and Admin Server logs (AdminServer.log):

a) Managed Server log example:

b) Admin Server log example:

c) Windows event log example:
The following message is seen in the Windows Event log during the shutdown of Managed Server and AdminServer event:
system event log: Information <date time> Microsoft-Windows-Winlogon 7002 (1102) User Logoff Notification for Customer Experience Improvement Program
application event log: Information <date time> Desktop Window Manager 9009 None The Desktop Window Manager has exited with code (0x40010004)
