Information in this document applies to any platform.
1. DRM has just been installed on a server.
2. Running the DRM batch client from a command prompt is resulting in a popup with 'drm-batch-client.exe is not a valid win32 application' followed by 'Access is denied' when the popup is closed.
DRM has either been installed for the first time or DRM has been removed and then reinstalled to apply a patch.
