IE 11 Browser Locking Up, Hanging While Viewing Tree in Catalog (Doc ID 2017995.1)

Using IE to access a folder in the Catalog Link in Analytics hangs in IE when the folder has $0 in the name.

Issue recreates on IE9 and IE11.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OBIEE.
2. Access the Catalog link.
3. If a folder has $0 in the folder name, IE hangs.
