OBIEE 11g Reports Not Rendering On Selected Device (iPhone, IPAD, Andrioid) Oracle BI Mobile App

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Reports works fine with browsers (Safari, Chrome, IE etc.), but when the same report is accessed with Mobile App then it doesn't render just like on browse.
Some part of report is displayed in while background and remaining screen portions are displayed as blue in Iphone and Ipad.
