"Unresolved Column" Error In Service Executive & Service Manager Dashboards in OBIA (Doc ID 2020539.1)

There are a few reports under Services Dashboard  throwing an Unresolved Column error

  1. Service Manager - > Customer Satisfaction -> Most Satisfied Customers Report 
  2. Service Executive -> Financial Performance-> Revenue by Customer Satisfaction Level 
State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred.
[nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS.
[nQSError: 27005] Unresolved column: "Account"."Account Name". (HY000)
