- Informatica 9.6.1 PowerCentre Integration service does not start in Informatica Administrator. The following error pops up:
The Service BI_IS_SRV could not be enabled due to the following error:
[DOM_10079] Cannot start service [BI_IS_SRV] on any node specified for the service3.
Check the service log and resolve any error listed for the service.
Then restart the service.
- The Service Log in Informatica Administrator displays the following failed login error after which the Integration service failed to initialize and then shuts down
Service Type: PowerCenter Integration Service
Service Name: BI_IS_SRV
Message Code: LM_44229
Message: Failed to authenticate login. [UM_10007][UM_10007] The user ........
- The Integration Service log has the following:
2015-06-16 10:51:15 : ERROR : (759 | catalina-exec-5) : (Domain | User Management) : node01_orahrana-trn1 :
UM_10016 : The Service Manager failed to authenticate user [Administrator] belonging to domain [Native]. The specified user name or password is not valid.
