OBIEE 11g - Exporting in Csv Format Is Not Showing The Right Column Order (Doc ID 2023149.1)

When exporting a report to CSV format, the exported order of columns is different from that on the dashboard page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a report with a few columns.
  2. Modify the table view of the report to move around some columns to make sure the order of the columns is different than in the Criteria Tab.
  3. Run this report.
  4. Click Export this Analysis > Data > CSV Format.
