Symptoms

When attempting to import the LCM artifacts, the migration process fails with the following errors:

Invalid filesystem - //resource in MDF
The storage content is not available at "//resource"
Cannot migrate from FileSystem to Application

"EPMLCM-14000: Error reported from HFM."
"EPMHFM-66038: An Error occurred reading profile data."
"EPMLCM-24000: Artifact not available at source."
