HTTP 404.0 is Seen When Accessing the DRM Web Client on http://server/drm-web/client After a Fresh Installation

Symptoms
1. After a new installation of DRM has been completed, when accessing the DRM web client using the URL http://localhost/drm-web-client the following is returned in the browser:
Server Error in Application "DEFAULT WEB SITE"
Error Summary
HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found
The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
2. When checking in the IIS management console (inetmgr) it can be seen that there are no applications named either drm-web-client or drm-migration-client under the 'Default Web Site'.
3. When checking the file system of the DRM web server machine though the expected files for the web-client & migration-client do seem to have been installed under C:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\products\DataRelationshipManagement\client when comparing to other machines.
