Symptoms

When trying to open DRM Account hierarchy an error message was displayed   Error: " 'String was not recognized as valid Boolean'"
1. The issue appears limited to the primary account hierarchy
2. User logged into another PC and got the same error.
3. User had another user log in and did not get the error.
