Symptoms

Supply Chain Oracle R1213

You have loaded data from one instance and started loading from another instance. The data loading is failing on SIL_SCMBucketDimension and SIL_WorkOrderDimension for the second instance with a unique constraint violated error.

When you checked the DAC->Design->Indices-> Query W_SCM_BUCKET_D_U1, number of unique columns is 1. However, in the columns tab there are two columns.
