Unable To Expand Dimensions In A Financial Reporting (FR) Report If PDF Preview Is Run First Then HTML Preview Is Run (Doc ID 2051264.1)

Symptoms

You have an FR report containing expansions.  You run one of these reports in Workspace as a PDF Preview.  Once the report completes, you switch over to HTML Preview by clicking the HTML button in the button bar.  The expansions are not available.
