Symptoms

Informatica 9.5.1 > Informatica PowerCenter Designer > Mappings > Debugger > Start Debugger


The Informatica debugger does not work and displays the following message:

Initializing debugger
...
Error connecting to the DTM AT [:9229]:[CONNECT:[WASETIMEDOUT]Connect timed out]
Error connecting to the DTM AT [:9229]:[CONNECT:[WASETIMEDOUT]Connect timed out]
Error connecting to the DTM AT [:9229]:[CONNECT:[WASETIMEDOUT]Connect timed out]
Server execution failed, forcing shutdown of the debugger
Debugger shutdown complete.
