Symptoms

Unable to open Artifacts folder in shared services.

The behavior can be replicated with the following Steps:

  1. Log into Workspace.
  2. Navigate to Administer>Shared Services Console
  3. Expand the File System Node
  4. It is unresponsive.
  5. The Exported Artifacts do not display.
