DAC 11g Installer Issue on Windows 2012 -- Installer User Interface Mode Not Supported (Doc ID 2056119.1)

Symptoms

On DAC 11G, when attempting to install DAC 11G on Windows 2012 R2, the following error occurs.

Installer User Interface Mode Not Supported

The installer cannot run in this UI mode. To specify the interface mode, use the -i command-line option, followed by the UI mode identifier. the valid UI modes identifiers are GUI, Console, and Silent.
