Symptoms
A Financial Reporting (FR) Report has one grid with "Allow Expansion" selected on rows.
The report is launched in the Web Interface, and the rows are expanded manually.
When the report is then run in PDF view, the report comes ok on the first 2 pages, but the 3rd page has no column headers.
Page 4 is ok, but page 5 has no column headers etc.
