LCM Planning Form XML Export Contains User Formatting Preferences (Doc ID 2062683.1)

Symptoms

In Planning 11.1.2.3.500, when exporting Planning forms via LCM, the xml export file contains user preferences in the "formFormattings" tag. If the environments have different user and group defined security, the forms fail to import. 

This is a new feature, and it wasn't seen in Planning 11.1.2.2.x.
