When attempting to import a Financial Reporting report from Smartview, the process takes an extremely long time to complete.
Occasionally, the following error occurs.
Error accessing import data
SmartViewLogs.log file shows the following error message.
[[The request timed out. Contact your Smart View client system administrator to extend your Windows Internet Explorer time out settings (ReceiveTimeout, KeepAliveTimeout, and ServerInfoTimeout).]]
This same report has no performance issue in Workspace as HTML or PDF
