Symptoms

APS 11.1.2.3 configuration fails after performing a maintenance release from 11.1.2.1.

Configtool log contains entries similar to:

Error: {0}[[D:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\common\config\11.1.2.0\resources\preconfig\instance\analytic_services_provider_webapp.xml:76: src D:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\upgrades\aps\APSUpdateEssbaseServer.bat.template does not exist.
