You've installed SDM into your EPM/FCM environment. Very basic tasks, such as switching between tabs, are taking several minutes to complete. Deployments also take minutes and sometimes time out with the error "A connection to the server has failed. (status=503)". Logging out and logging back in sometimes leads to improved performance but not always.
