Symptoms

When importing an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Interactive Reporting (IR) document into Excel 2013 (64-bit) using Smart View 11.1.2.5.500, the "Import Workspace Document" displays icon errors ("red cross") on the window.  The next window is blank and does not finish loading.
