OBIA 11g: Interface to Load W_PSFT_WEVT_PS is not Generated into SDE, SIL and PLP Load Plan (Doc ID 2070878.1)

Symptoms

After completing the configurations for a new HR Analytics deployment into a DEV environment, creating the Domain Only Load Plan (SDE, SIL and PLP) and then after removing three modules from the HR out of box offerings (Learning, Talent and Recruitment) generating and executing it. The Workforce related dimension and fact tables are not getting populated.

The Peoplesoft Workforce persisted staging tables are populated as follows:

Investigating further reveals that the following scenario did not get into the Load Plan: scenario SDE_PSFT_91_ADAPTOR_SDE_PSFT_PERSISTEDSTAGE_WORKFORCEEVENT
