A particular user - say, "cbrown" - is unable to login to Analytics, and the following error is thrown in the OBIEE Sign In page:-
Unable to Sign In
An error occurred during authentication.
Try again later or contact your system administrator.
GUIDs were refreshed and the Web Catalog was validated, and the user was able to login successfully for a few days; however, the issue then re-occurred.
