Symptoms

You have configured Ping Identity - Ping One SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On (SSO) with OBIEE 11g (11.1.1.7.150120).
Access via desktop browsers to Analytics is working correctly.

However, when you access via the Oracle BI Mobile HD app, it only shows a blank screen and does not authenticate.
