Lifecycle Management (LCM) Snapshot Does Not Extract Data in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Application (Doc ID 2075271.1)

Symptoms

User upgraded HFM from 11.1.2.3 to 11.1.2.4 using maintenance release in DEV environment.

User has the application snapshot of DEV and is now trying to import the same to PROD environment; however; they receive the below errors:

Source: HFM-xxx (File System) Destination: xxx (Application)
EPMLCM-14000: Error reported from HFM.
EPMHFM-66038: An error occurred reading profile data.
EPMLCM-24000: Artifact not available at source.
