In Oracle Insurance Quantitative Management and Reporting for Solvency II (QMR), a duplicate XLink namespace caused their XBRL filing to be rejected by the NCA Greece regulatory body. The following error is responsible for the problem:
"Error: [EFR-SHOULD: eiopa_3.5] A prefix declared in the instance does not match the prefix for the same namespace declared in a referenced entry point (Namespace=http://www.xbrl.org/2003/XLink; Prefix=XLink)"
Currently two namespaces are defined at the instance generation:
The first of the two namespaces is the one from the error message.
