Need the ability to stop reports from locking up OBIEE services due to large report-result that can surpass millions of records. This issue can occur because users clicks on a certain field, it kicks off a query to return the list of valid values and bypasses any filter included on the original query.
Whereas in OBIEE 10g the users did the same without any issues.
