When an OBIEE database connection becomes Blacklisted, is there an alternative method to restore the database connection
without having to restart OBIEE ?
Once OBIEE 11g detects a database connection is down, it internally marks it as a Blacklisted Connection
and the affected Initialization Block will not attempt a connection until the Blacklisted tag is removed by
an OBIEE restart. This Doument provides alternative methods to restore the Database connection without
requiring an OBIEE restart
