When Trying to Create a New HFM Connection in FR Studio 11.1.2.4 Error “com.hyperion.ap.APException: [0] [0] EPMHFM-69045” (Doc ID 2086588.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.2.4.000 version, Performance

When attempting to connect to HFM application from Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio the following error occurs.
"Failed to connect to server"



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Workspace
2. Run any report connecting to HFM
3. Error : "Failed to connect to server" occurs

The following error message appears in FRClientlogging.log:
