Troubleshooting BDA BDD Installation Failures After Running "bdacli enable bdd" on BDA V4.3 and Higher (Doc ID 2090120.1)

Purpose


How to troubleshoot BDA BDD installation failures after running "bdacli enable bdd" on BDA V4.3 and higher.

After enabling BDD on BDA V4.3 and higher with "bdacli enable bdd" if it appears that BDD is not enabled for example:
1. You can not log into the Oracle Big Data Discovery Web UI at http://<Admin Server Name>:7003/bdd.
2. BDD_HOME is not set up.
3. /opt/oracle/bdd is missing files.
