Information in this document applies to any platform.

After applying 11.1.2.4 maintenance release no longer able to open Hyperion Planning forms. Encounter the following exception:

"An unknown error occurrred during data streaming. Ask your System Administrator to inspect the server-side logs."

There is nothing relevant to the issue in the Hyperion Planning web logs.
