Discoverer Plus 11g with LAF set to Browser, Unable to Retrieve Values in Create Condition (Doc ID 2092678.1)

Symptoms

When creating a condition and choosing one of these Condition operators > <  <=  >=  !=  BETWEEN, or NOT BETWEEN, the user needs to click on the Condition twice for it to be selected.  Then there is no response after selecting Values pull down arrow.

Changes

 The Look and Feel (LAF) was changed to Browser.
