Fail To Export To Excel With Firefox In Discoverer Plus 11g If Workbook Name Is Non-English (Doc ID 2092731.1)

Symptoms

 The following error occurs in opening Excel when "Export to Excel" from Discoverer Plus with Firefox if Workbook name is non-English (e.g. Japanese, Chinese).

 Error:
 'XXX_93ú–{Œê_Japanese.xls' could not be found. Check the spelling of the file name, and verify that the file location is correct.
 If you are trying to open the file from your list of most recently used files on the File menu, make sure that the file has not been renamed, moved, or deleted.'
