Symptoms

After migrating the 11g RPD and web catalog to 12c using the bi_migration tool, only the weblogic can login to the OBIEE, all newly created users are not able to login.

The presentation server log (sawlog0.log) shows the following errors:

Upgrade to OBIEE 12c, and migrate the web catalog and RPD using the bi_migration tool.
