Symptoms

Authentication Error at login for OBIEE 11g and the following errors are see in the SAW Log :-

i) "Required application role "authenticatedUser" not found in policy store"

ii) "unresolved host name: svyyq15.xxx.com//10.xxx.yy.69. could not get details about the specified host"
