After upgrading from 22.214.171.124 to 126.96.36.199.5 OBIEE Mobile App no longer functions.
You are able to login to OBIEE and create reports/dashboards and even BI Publisher objects but when you want to create a new Mobile App by clicking New > Mobile Application (and nothing happens).
Service shows as running and healthy in weblogic. When starting OBIEE, you see the following error in log:
