IE11 is still having issues after applying Patch 18277370

OBIEE EM and IE11
OBIEE version with patching is:
Oracle Business Intelligence Product Version 22.214.171.124.150120 (Build 150113.1200 64-bit)
When we try to login to Enterprise Manager using IE11 the system just hangs. IE9 worked fine.
Please let us know how we can get IE11 and EM working.
