Symptoms

DRM 11.1.2.3.500
After installing DRM 11.1.2.3.500, users can log in but the versions hang in the background with the message "Loading"

Customer is using Internet Explorer.  Opening link to drm-web-client on Internet Explorer, they get the error message that "Sys is undefined."
