Installation of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Components Stops During WebLogic Application Server Installation (Doc ID 2099095.1)

Symptoms

New EPM system installation, the process stops during the setup of the WebLogic Application Server.  No errors are displayed, but the final line of the wl_install.log file (usually under Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\diagnostics\logs\install\wl_install.log) will include this message:

"WARN [home] com.bea.plateng.wizard.installer.silent.tasks.SilentBEAHomeTask - c:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\.. directory is not empty. Proceed with installation?"
