FDMEE Validation Fails During Import Process And Intersection validation didn't create validate.xml file (Doc ID 2099787.1)

Customer is getting below error during import process.

Customer is already in 11.1.2.4.100 version and as per the below documents the issue has been fixed in .100 version.
1) FDMEE 11.1.2.4 - Unable To Validate Data With Intersection Validation Checked (Doc ID 1999992.1)
2) FDMEE Validation Fails During Import Process And Is Not Generating XML Validation Error Report (Doc ID 2065717.1)
