OBIEE 11g: When Viewing Log Messages via Fusion Middleware Control, The Presentation Server Log (sawlog) Does Not Filter by Date Range

You are viewing OBIEE System Component Log Messages via Enterprise Manager 11g Fusion Middleware Control.
The messages are capable of being filtered by Date Range; however, it is observed sometimes the Presentation Server log (sawlog) is not filtered correctly according the time specified.
This has been observed and reported on the Windows Server platform, but may occur on other operating system platforms.
