OBIEE 11g: "Failed to access the WSDL at: http://127.0.0.1:7001/xmlpserver/" In sawlog When Saving My Account (Doc ID 2104162.1)

Symptoms

You can see the following error in the OBI Presentation Services log (sawlog).

1. Login OBIEE 11g.
2. Click the User Name --> [My Account].
3. Click [OK] button and close [My Account] page.

This is the only reproducible steps to have the error message in the OBI Presentation Services log (sawlog):
