Symptoms

Reports are often exported from Workspace to Smart View in EPM Financial Reporting. Sometimes these reports render correctly in Excel, sometimes they do not.

Changes

System was upgraded from 11.1.2.1.xxx to 11.1.2.4. And the Internet Explorer browser was upgraded to IE11.
