Symptoms


When you were attempting to install Oracle Business Intelligence 11.1.1.9.0(64bit) using Enterprise Install option on Microsoft Windows 2012 R2(64bit),the following error occurs.

It is at 97% of Installation Progress.  You were suggested to ignore it and continue. Remediation - Clicked Close The Program on Pop Up window. Installation progressed to 100%.

Then you moved to Configuration Progress. At 26% of configuration progress during "Deploying Financial Reporting JEE Application" - it got stuck and subsequent other items did NOT get start.
