Problem Description
SILOS_SIL_EMPLOYEEDIMENSION Unique Constraint during incremental load

Error Codes
ORA-00001: unique constraint (<DW SCHEMA>.W_EMPLOYEE_D_U1) violated

The session error only has the following and the TYPE2 variable is set to Y:

ODI-1217: Session SILOS_SIL_EMPLOYEEDIMENSION (31913502) fails with return code 1.
ODI-1226: Step Run SIL_EmployeeDimension.W_EMPLOYEE_D fails after 1 attempt(s).
ODI-1240: Flow Run SIL_EmployeeDimension.W_EMPLOYEE_D fails while performing a Integration operation. This flow loads target table W_EMPLOYEE_D.
ODI-1228: Task SIL_EmployeeDimension.W_EMPLOYEE_D (Integration) fails on the target ORACLE connection BIAPPS_DW.
Caused By: java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (<DW SCHEMA>.W_EMPLOYEE_D_U1) violated
