Eligibility Rules Do Not Save In Decision Manager 3.2.0.0.00.1136 (Doc ID 2110080.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to edit a choice and add an eligibility rule to it the choice will not save. Pressing "OK" results not no change in the UI.

If I keep pressing "OK" in rapid succession then eventually the choice may save the eligibility rule, however at that point I am unable to commit the project. Clicking "submit" opens the submit dialogue but similar to before pressing "OK" just closes the dialogue and the project does not commit.

Attached are my CLM files and ILS.

NOTE: The correct product version is 3.2.0.0.00.1136
