Goal
How to change the variable for C$ Tables. Using as an example this one which needs to change analyze Option #ETL_ANALYZE_WORK_TABLE for C$ tables, but the same principal applies to any other variable value.
In this case, there is a need to switch the "Analyze Table" option of the variable #ETL_ANALYZE_WORK_TABLE for C$_ tables from the default value of 'N' to 'Y' as shown in the screenshot attached.
After making this change and later execute the corresponding Load Plan, the analyze step still picked the latest value of 'N', instead of 'Y'.
